Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Okara Soft handles information in the OnNoti Tracker Android application (the “App”).
1. Information stored on your device
The App stores the following information, provided or generated through your use, primarily in the App's private storage on your device:
- Activity names, short names, icons, order, and archive status
- Activity start and end times and history
- Categories, colors, suggested transitions, and related settings
- Notification, display, time-zone, and other App settings
We do not operate our own server for this activity data and do not send your activity names or history to RevenueCat.
2. Backups
If Android backup is enabled on your device and Google account, some App data may be encrypted and backed up by Google's system and restored when you change devices. You can manage or delete backups through your device or Google account settings.
3. Optional usage analytics
The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase only when you turn on “Share usage analytics” in the App. This setting is off by default.
- App launches and sessions, screens viewed, and onboarding steps and completion method, and counts of activities selected or prepared during setup (without names)
- Feature interactions such as starting, switching, and stopping tracking, adjusting time, and editing history
- Notification permission result, selected display settings, and paywall views
- A randomly generated app-instance ID and technical information such as app version, device type, operating system, language, and approximate region
After consent, the Firebase SDK also collects events automatically. These may include event timestamps, engagement duration, app updates, and supported in-app purchase events (such as product ID, amount, and currency). This does not send the activity history stored on your device.
In Analytics events added by the App, we do not include activity names, short names, category names, activity start or end times, activity history, notification content, free-form input, or purchase identifiers. Advertising ID collection and ads personalization are disabled, and we do not set a User-ID.
We use this information to improve onboarding, understand which features are used and which interaction patterns may lead to problems, and prioritize product improvements. Turning the setting off stops future collection and resets Analytics data and the app-instance ID stored on the device. Previously transmitted data remains subject to the Google Analytics retention settings before it is deleted or aggregated.
4. Purchase information
Paid purchases are processed by Google Play, and RevenueCat manages access status. Data processed may include an anonymous App User ID, product identifier, purchase, renewal, expiration and refund status, country and currency, and basic app or device technical information.
When you redeem an access code, the code and anonymous App User ID are sent to Cloudflare Workers to grant Pro access through RevenueCat. Your IP address is processed for the connection and to limit repeated attempts. We do not record the entered code or activity history in our logs.
We do not receive payment method details such as credit card numbers. Activity names, history, categories, and notification content are not sent to RevenueCat for purchase management.
5. Third-party services
- Google Play — purchases, subscriptions, and refunds
- Google Analytics for Firebase — optional usage analytics after you consent
- Cloudflare — access code verification and rate limiting
- RevenueCat — purchase entitlement and subscription status
The App includes Firebase Analytics, with collection controlled by the consent setting described above. It does not include advertising SDKs or Firebase Crashlytics. Processing by Google, Cloudflare, and RevenueCat is also governed by their respective privacy policies and terms.
6. Use and sharing
Usage data is used to improve the App. Purchase information is used to provide paid features, restore purchases, prevent abuse, and respond to billing support requests. We do not sell personal information, except where disclosure is required by law.
7. Retention and deletion
- Delete local data by clearing the App's storage in Android settings or uninstalling the App.
- Data retained in Google backup is governed by your Google account backup settings.
- Usage analytics is retained according to the Google Analytics retention settings. Turning analytics off in the App resets locally stored Analytics data and its identifier.
- Google Play and RevenueCat retain purchase records as required for billing, refunds, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
8. Permissions
The App uses Android permissions related to notifications, foreground services, and restoring state after device restart so that time tracking can be controlled from the notification shade. Internet access is used to verify purchase status and access codes and, when enabled by you, to send usage analytics.
9. Children's privacy
The App is not directed primarily to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the App or applicable law changes. Material changes will be announced on this page or in the App.
